Laminated safety glass for cars, construction projects, and interior applications

Automotive laminated glass is a finished product made by placing one or more layers of PVB (polyvinyl butyral) interlayer between two or more layers of glass. The interlayer keeps the glass layers bonded even when broken, and its high durability prevents the glass from shattering into large, sharp pieces. This results in the characteristic "spider-web" crack pattern when the impact is not strong enough to completely penetrate the glass. This type of automotive glass is designed to provide drivers with insulation, wind resistance, safety in collisions, and block about 60% of ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

Tempered glass for safety in cars, construction projects, and interior applications

Tempered glass is a special type of glass that is heat or chemically treated to increase its mechanical strength and heat resistance compared to regular glass. The production process of tempered glass involves heating the glass to a high temperature, then rapidly cooling the surface, creating compressive stress on the surface and tensile stress inside. This gives the glass the ability to withstand strong impacts, high heat, and makes it harder to break. When it does break, tempered glass shatters into small, non-sharp pieces, reducing the risk of injury. Due to these properties, tempered glass is commonly used in applications that require high safety and durability, such as side windows, door windows, rear windows for cars, or windows, doors, tabletops, and shields in construction and interior projects.

Customized safety glass

The range of safety glass products, including tempered glass and laminated glass, is an outstanding solution for projects requiring high durability, safety, and aesthetics. With flexible processing capabilities, the glass can be designed to be curved or remain flat, depending on the design requirements of the customer.
