Image distortion check

Impact testing

This test evaluates the glass's ability to withstand strong impacts from external objects (such as stones or debris) while the vehicle is in motion. The glass must endure the impact force without breaking or creating dangerous shards.

Heat resistance testing

This test evaluates the glass's ability to withstand high or low temperatures, assessing its stability under extreme environmental conditions. The glass must endure temperature changes without deforming or breaking.

The test method is designed to assess the level of image distortion through the glass when the driver looks through it. The goal of this test is to ensure that the automotive glass does not create optical distortions or image distortion, helping to maintain clear and safe visibility for the driver.

Certification

We focus on the consistent quality of automotive glass. Our products are designed using Australian technology. Our windshields are certified by Quatest 3, USA DOT, and our production line is ISO 9001 certified. All materials are carefully selected from reputable suppliers.
